＜返品＞
・当オンラインショップでご購入いただいた商品は、未使用かつ箱などの付属品の紛失、破損のない場合に以下の条件にて返品を承ります。ご購入商品がお手元に届いた日から７日以内にお問い合わせフォームよりお申し出ください。折り返し商品返送ご依頼メールをお送りします。返送ご依頼メールがお手元に届いてから７日以内にご返送いただいた場合に限り、返品を承ります。送料、返金手数料はお客様のご負担となります。連絡期間及び、返送期間を経過した商品は返品対象外となります。
＜交換 1＞

Return Policy (International Shipping)
＜Returns for customer's convenience＞
We accept returns at the convenience of the purchaser for reasons such as image or size difference, only if the product has not been used and the box and other accessories are in order. Please contact us within 7 days from the date you receive your purchased item(s) by filling out the inquiry form. After confirming your request, we will send you an e-mail requesting the return of the merchandise. We will accept your return only if the item is returned within 7 days of receipt of the return request e-mail. The customer is responsible for all return shipping and refund fees. We will refund the product price as soon as the product arrives at our company and we confirm the contents. Shipping charges and import taxes are not refundable.
＜Replacement due to product defects＞
If the product is defective within 6 months of purchase, we will exchange it for the same product. Please contact us using the inquiry form. If we determine that an exchange is appropriate, we will send you an e-mail requesting you to return the product. We will accept the exchange only if the product is returned within 7 days after the return request email arrives. In this case, we will bear the return shipping costs. Naturally occurring changes such as breakage due to excessive use, rusting of hagane products, darkening of wooden products, and cracks due to drying are not covered by the exchange policy. We will only accept exchanges for products that have been used. No refunds will be accepted. We will not accept any refunds.

・当オンラインショップでご購入いただいた商品は、ご購入後半年以内に商品の欠陥により不具合が生じた場合に同商品との交換を承ります。お問い合わせフォームよりお申し出下さい。商品の破損時の状況や、普段のご使用方法などを伺い、交換が相当と判断した場合、商品返送のご依頼メールをお送りします。返送ご依頼メール到着後７日以内に当該商品をご返送いただいた場合に限り、交換を承ります。この場合、往復の送料は弊社で負担いたします。連絡期間及び、返送期間を経過した商品は交換対象外となります。
ご使用後の商品は交換のみ承ります。無理なご使用による破損や、ハガネ製品のサビ、木製品の黒ずみや乾燥によるひび割れなどに代表される、自然におこる変化は交換の対象外です。ご了承くださいませ。
