商品代金以外の必要料金
国内送料、代金引換手数料、銀行振込手数料その他お支払いに伴う手数料は、お客様のご負担となります。

国内送料および手数料は次のとおりです。
・商品代金10,000円未満の場合：送料 全国一律550円（税込）
・商品代金10,000円未満で代金引換をご利用の場合：代金引換手数料 330円（税込）
・商品代金10,000円以上の場合：送料および代金引換手数料 無料
・銀行振込手数料：お客様ご負担

海外配送の送料は、配送先地域、ご注文内容および配送方法により異なります。詳細は配送ポリシーにてご確認ください。
海外配送に関して配送先国・地域で発生する関税、輸入消費税、通関手数料その他輸入に伴う費用は、お客様のご負担となります。
これらの費用は、配送時または通関時に別途請求される場合があります。

申込有効期限
銀行振込、コンビニ決済、Pay-easyその他前払いのお支払い方法については、各決済事業者または当店が別途ご案内する期限までにお支払いください。
期限までにお支払いが確認できない場合は、ご注文をキャンセルさせていただく場合があります。

引渡し時期
在庫のある商品は、原則としてご注文確認後、前払いの場合はご入金確認後、7営業日以内に発送いたします。
土曜日・日曜日・祝日・お盆・年末年始その他当店所定の休業日は営業日に含みません。
欠品中の商品、受注商品、名入れ品、特注品その他納期に日数を要する商品については、納期を別途ご案内いたします。
配送事情、天候、繁忙その他やむを得ない事情により、発送に遅れが生じる場合があります。

ご注文の受付、確認および取消について
当店オンラインストアは、一般のお客様向けの小売販売を目的として運営しております。
ご注文後に当店から自動送信される注文確認メールは、ご注文内容の受領確認であり、当店による承諾を意味するものではありません。
当店は、ご注文内容、在庫状況、お支払い状況、配送条件その他の事情を確認のうえ、受注の可否を判断します。

同一商品の大量注文、短期間での複数回注文、同一または類似する送付先・名義・電話番号・メールアドレスによる反復注文、再販売、転売、仕入れ、購入代行、転送目的その他当店が通常の小売販売の範囲を超えると判断したご注文については、当店の判断により、ご注文内容の確認、数量調整、受注保留またはご注文の取消を行う場合があります。

また、次の場合には、ご注文をお受けできないこと、または取消させていただくことがあります。
・商品が欠品、生産終了その他の理由により手配不能となった場合
・登録情報に不備または虚偽があると当店が判断した場合
・決済手続に問題がある場合
・配送先住所の不備、長期不在、受取拒否その他配送に支障がある場合
・当店が確認のためご連絡を差し上げたにもかかわらず、相当期間内にご回答をいただけない場合
・その他、当店がご注文の受付または継続が適当でないと合理的に判断した場合

当店都合により出荷前にご注文を取消した場合、受領済み代金があるときは、当店所定の方法により返金いたします。

返品・交換について（日本国内向け）
お客様都合による返品・交換は、商品到着後7日以内に当店お問い合わせフォームよりご連絡いただき、かつ、当店から折り返しお送りする返送ご依頼メールの到着後7日以内に商品をご返送いただいた場合に限り承ります。
返品・交換の対象となるためには、弊オンラインショップのご注文番号をお申し出いただくこと、商品がお受け取り時と同じ状態であることが必要です。具体的には、未使用で、タグ付き、元のパッケージに入っており、そのパッケージに破損や汚損がない状態であることを要します。
返送時の送料は、お客様のご負担となります。
事前のご連絡なく返送された商品は、お受けできない場合があります。

返品・交換について（海外配送向け）
海外配送におけるお客様都合による返品・交換は、商品到着後7日以内に当店お問い合わせフォームよりご連絡いただき、かつ、当店から折り返しお送りする返送ご依頼メールの到着後7日以内に商品をご返送いただいた場合に限り承ります。
返品・交換の対象となるためには、弊オンラインショップのご注文番号をお申し出いただくこと、商品がお受け取り時と同じ状態であることが必要です。具体的には、未使用で、タグ付き、元のパッケージに入っており、そのパッケージに破損や汚損がない状態であることを要します。
海外配送におけるお客様都合の返品・交換に伴う返送料、再配送費、送金手数料、関税、輸入消費税、通関手数料その他返送または返金に伴い発生する費用は、お客様のご負担となります。
受取拒否、長期不在、関税等の不払い、通関不可その他お客様の事情により商品が返送された場合、当店は当初の送料、返送に要した費用、関税、通関関連費用その他実費を差し引いたうえで返金する場合があります。
事前のご連絡なく返送された商品は、お受けできない場合があります。

返品・交換の対象外となる商品
次の商品は、商品の性質、衛生上の理由、加工の有無その他当店の定めにより、返品・交換をお受けできません。
・特注品（包丁の名入れサービスをご利用の商品など）
・商品ページその他に返品不可と表示した商品
・使用済みの商品
・お客様のもとで傷、汚れ、破損等が生じた商品

不良品・誤配送等について
商品に欠陥、不具合、誤配送または配送中の破損があった場合は、速やかに当店お問い合わせフォームよりご連絡ください。
ご購入後半年以内に商品の欠陥により不具合が生じた場合は、当店が相当と判断したときに限り、同商品との交換を承ります。
当店から返送ご依頼メールをお送りした後、7日以内に当該商品をご返送いただいた場合に限り、交換その他相当な方法で対応いたします。
この場合の往復送料は、当店が負担いたします。
ただし、無理なご使用による破損、ハガネ製品のサビ、木製品の黒ずみや乾燥によるひび割れなど、自然に生じる変化または適切なメンテナンスが行われなかったことに起因する問題は、交換その他の対応の対象外となります。

返金について
ご返送いただいた商品を当店で受領し、検品が完了次第、返金の可否についてご連絡いたします。
返金が承認された場合、10営業日以内に、ご購入時と同じお支払い方法にて返金処理を行います。
当店の返金承認から20営業日以上経過しても返金が確認できない場合は、お問い合わせください。
なお、ご返金の際に発生する銀行振込等の手数料実費は、お客様のご負担となる場合があります。

Sales Price

The sales price of each product is as displayed on the relevant product page.

Other Charges in Addition to the Product Price

For domestic orders within Japan, customers shall bear shipping fees, cash on delivery fees, bank transfer fees, and any other payment-related charges.

Domestic shipping fees and related charges are as follows:

- Orders under JPY 10,000: shipping fee JPY 550 (tax included) nationwide
- Orders under JPY 10,000 paid by cash on delivery: cash on delivery fee JPY 330 (tax included)
- Orders of JPY 10,000 or more: shipping fee and cash on delivery fee are free of charge
- Bank transfer fee: borne by the customer

For international orders, shipping fees vary depending on the destination region, order details, and shipping method. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details.

Customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, and any other import-related charges arising in the destination country or region shall be borne by the customer.

Such charges may be collected separately at the time of delivery or customs clearance.

Payment Methods and Timing of Payment

The timing of payment for each payment method is as follows:

Payment will be processed at the time of order in accordance with the procedures prescribed by each payment service provider. The actual withdrawal or charge date shall be determined by the relevant payment service provider or card issuer.

- Convenience store payment, Paidy, bank transfer, and Pay-easy

Payment must be made by the deadline separately specified by the relevant payment service provider or by us. Shipment will be arranged after payment is confirmed.

Validity Period of Orders

For bank transfer, convenience store payment, Pay-easy, and other prepaid payment methods, payment must be made by the deadline separately specified by the relevant payment service provider or by us.

If payment is not confirmed by the applicable deadline, we may cancel the order.

Shipping Time

For items in stock, we will generally ship within 7 business days after order confirmation, or, in the case of prepaid orders, within 7 business days after payment confirmation.

Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, Obon, the year-end/New Year holiday period, and any other holidays designated by us are not counted as business days.

For out-of-stock items, made-to-order items, engraved items, custom-made items, or other items requiring additional lead time, we will inform customers of the delivery schedule separately.

Shipment may be delayed due to shipping conditions, weather, customs procedures, periods of high demand, or other unavoidable circumstances.

Acceptance, Confirmation, and Cancellation of Orders

The Store is operated for retail sales to general customers.

The order confirmation email automatically sent by us after an order is placed is merely an acknowledgment of receipt of the order details and does not constitute our acceptance of the order.

We determine whether to accept an order after confirming the order details, stock status, payment status, shipping conditions, and other relevant circumstances.

We may confirm order details, adjust quantities, place an order on hold, or cancel an order at our discretion if we determine that the order constitutes any of the following:

- a bulk purchase of the same product
- multiple orders placed within a short period of time
- repeated orders using the same or similar shipping address, name, telephone number, or email address
- an order for resale, onward sale, procurement, purchasing agency, or forwarding purposes
- any other order that we determine exceeds the scope of ordinary retail sales

In addition, we may refuse or cancel an order in any of the following cases:

- if the product is out of stock, discontinued, or otherwise unavailable
- if we determine that the registered information is incomplete or false
- if there is a problem with the payment process
- if there is a problem with the shipping address, a prolonged absence, refusal of delivery, or any other circumstance that interferes with delivery
- if we contact the customer for confirmation and no response is received within a reasonable period
- if we otherwise reasonably determine that it is inappropriate to accept or continue the order

If we cancel an order before shipment for reasons attributable to us, and payment has already been received, we will refund the amount in accordance with our prescribed procedures.

Returns and Exchanges

Conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds shall be as set forth in our Refund Policy.

For customer-initiated returns or exchanges, requests are accepted only for unused items, provided that the customer contacts us by the prescribed method within 7 days after receipt of the product.

If the return or exchange is due to a defect, incorrect shipment, or any other reason attributable to us, return shipping costs shall be borne by us.

If the return or exchange is for the customer’s convenience, return shipping costs and any other related costs shall be borne by the customer.
